12^TH ANNUAL ILLINOIS STATEWIDE PAYROLL CONFERENCES

September 14^th 15^th & 16^th 2005

At the Hilton Hotel Lisle/Naperville, Illinois

Start your session into “ The ABC’s of Payroll” with an early check-in and reception, Wednesday evening September 14^th, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 pm.

The 12^th Annual Illinois Statewide Payroll Conference will begin Thursday morning, September 15^th at 8:00 a.m. At the end of the day, please enjoy dinner and a concert performed by Elvis and then hang around for comedy with a well-known comedian. Additional dinner guests are welcome to attend for a fee of $40 each.

The Illinois Chapter participant registration fee is $200, if paid before August 22^nd. The non-member registration fee is $250, if paid before August 22^nd. Remember all your registration includes all conference materials, the Wednesday evening reception and all meals. The dress for this event is business casual.

The Hilton is offering a discounted room rate of $99. This discount rate is for a double/king room with reservations made by August 23^rd. Please contact the Hilton at
